At Home Personal Training
Jill comes to your home or you come to her studio for a predetermined set of one hour sessions. Jill creates safe, effective diet and exercise programming for you in a private setting. She also gives you the work needed to be accomplished independently to meet your goals. Clients see Jill bi-weekly, weekly or what works for each individual.
Clients are females living in the Southborough, Natick, Wellesley and surrounding areas wanting to get healthier, fitter, lose weight and become well balanced and successful at the sport of life.
We offer three convenient personal training packages:
- Consultation & Training Session - 90 minutes
- 6 Training Sessions - 60 minutes
- 10 Training Sessions - 60 minutes
